New Jersey State Police say that divers have recovered a body from a frozen lake in Woodland Township today. The body is believed to be the missing ATV rider that fell through the ice on Sunday. 25-year-old Philip Raimondo of Medford was riding his ATV near Route 70 in rural Woodland Township, Burlington County when he broke through an ice-covered waterway around 5:15pm on Sunday. Search efforts were suspended yesterday because of the weather. Police are still investigating.

Both a suspect and an officer were hurt during a police-involved shooting in the Oxford Circle section of Northeast Philadelphia. Police were responding to a robbery at the M&T Bank at Castor Avenue and Hellerman Street at about 3:30 p.m. An officer discharged his weapon and shot a man in the chest. He was taken to Aria Health Torresdale Campus. An officer was injured after falling and striking his head on the concrete. Investigators are investigating and reviewing available surveillance footage.

Have you dug out from yesterday yet? Well you might as well wait, because we have more on the way. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect from 11pm tonight to 9 am tomorrow. Starting tonight around midnight we'll start to see wintry precipitation move on into the area. This time around we should see a little bit of everything, starting as just snow, changing to sleet and freezing rain before dawn, and then all rain by tomorrow. The rain will end tomorrow afternoon. Philadelphia will see an icy 1-3 inches, NW 2-4, and SE C-1. Watch conditions if you are driving late tonight or early tomorrow morning. Also keep your eyes on falling trees and power lines. The snow and ice could bring them down and cause power outages.

Former Phillies manager Charlie Manuel will be honored on August 9th with his own spot on the Phillies' Wall of Fame out in Ashburn Alley.

Tonight,
Cloudy, steady at 33 degrees this evening in Center City
