Rolling Stone Julia Louis-Dreyfus Cover Mistake, Pittsburgh Stabbing Spree, New E-Cig Rules

Rolling Stone Magazine is taking some heat over a mistake it made on its cover this month. In a nude photo of actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus, the U.S. Constitution is tattooed on her naked back. Just above her bare bottom is the signature of John Hancock. The problem - Hancock did not sign the Constitution. John Hancock signed the Declaration of Independence.

Police in Pittsburgh are trying to determine a motive in the high school stabbing spree that injured 20 people Wednesday morning. The 16 year old suspect, Alex Hribal stabbed and slashed fellow student with two kitchen knives he had brought to school. After the 5 minutes he was tackled and subdued by a school security officer and fellow students.

There are two new restrictions on e-cigarettes in Philadelphia's public places. Mayor Nutter signed the bills that prohibit sale of e-cigarettes to minors effective immediately, and another goes into effect in July that bans e-cigarettes in workplaces, bars and restaurants - same as regular tobacco.

Sports
Tonight the Flyers are in Tampa Bay. The Phillies try to avoid the sweep by the Milwaukee Brewers.

Weather
