Philadelphia police believe a man killed in a car crash this morning may have been a suspect in an overnight rape in the city. The vehicle was travelling at high speed in Kensington on Boudinot Street, failed to negotiate a turn and slammed into a fence. The driver died on impact. The car in the crash is connected to a reported rape overnight on the 2600 block of Collins Avenue.

It's Election Day and voters are heading to the polls for today's primary. The big race is to determine the Democratic challenger who will take on Republican Governor Tom Corbett. The Democratic contenders are Tom Wolf, Rob McCord, Katie McGinty and Allyson Schwartz. Polls are open until 8 pm.

The NBA draft lottery is tonight. Dr J will be on hand representing Philadelphia as the 76ers find out where they pick among the top draft selections. The 76ers have the second best odds of getting a top 3 pick and a 20% chance of getting the #1 pick. The 76ers can possibly get two picks in the first round of the draft depending on tonight’s lottery results.

Sports
The Phillies are in Miami with the Marlins tonight.

Weather
Mostly sunny today. 77 in Center City.
