Police in Upper Darby have arrested a man they say has been sneaking into women's bedrooms at night while they were sleeping then stood over and watched them. The suspect has been identified as 21-year-old Tyrell Booker of Yeadon, PA. So far he has been charged for one incident, but authorities believe he is responsible for the other 5 incidents reported. The bedroom stalker started back on April 16th. This latest incident happened Friday, June 27th, on the 7000 block of Clinton Road. A woman woke up to find a man at the foot of her bed shining a light at her. She grabbed a bat and chased him out of the house. In each case there was no sign of forced entry. Police think that he stalked his victims and was able to enter through an unlocked door or window. In one case the suspect did grope the victim. Booker has a criminal history. He pled guilty in 2011 to burglary and in 2012 to criminal trespass.

Philadelphia Police are on the lookout for two men who attacked a 92-year-old woman during a home invasion in the Cobbs Creek section of Philadelphia this afternoon. The incident happened shortly after 2 pm on the 6200 block of Carpenter Street. The suspects broke into the woman's home and assaulted her. They stole a suitcase, a television, and some rings beore fleeing out the alley. The woman suffered some minor injuries to the face. They are described as black males, 5' 8”, 18-20 years old. One was wearing a black and white shirt with brown pants while the other was wearing a long gray sweatshirt and dark pants. Anyone with information is asked to contact Philadelphia Police at 215-686-TIPS (8477)

A Delaware man wanted for shoplifting charges shoved packets of heroin into his baby's diaper in a effort to hide them from police during an investigation. Police were on the lookout for Michael N. Penn for allegedly stealing a tablet from a Verizon store in late June. On Tuesday, they saw him walking and carrying his 8-month-old and 5-year-old children while his 7-year-old rode his bike next to them. Police ordered Penn to put down his children, but he refused, and officer's noticed him putting something in the back of the baby's diaper. They were eventually able to take him into custody and discovered 16 bags of heroin in the diaper. Penn has been charged Shoplifting, three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Resisting Arrest, Possession of Heroin, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on $4,500 unsecured bond. The children were turned over to his grandmother.
