Suspicious Jogger Death in Pennypack, Fattah Jr Indictment, CHOP Milk Bank

Police are investigating the death of 46 year old Constance Murray who was found in Pennypack Park yesterday morning. Murray had gone out for a jog about 9 pm Monday and did not return. Her husband filed a missing persons report about 5 hours later. She was found a few blocks from her home by a passerby on a wooded trail. Cause of death is under investigation.

In an indictment of Chaka Fattah Jr, federal prosecutors portrayed the son of U.S. Representative Chaka Fattah as drowning in debt and tripping over his own lies to banks and the IRS. The indictment says he stole hundreds of thousands of dollars intended for city schools and fraudulently obtained $200,000 in loans to cover gambling debts and personal expenses.

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia plans to open a milk bank that will provide donated human milk for hospitalized infants there. The Human Milk Banking Association of North America will help CHOP with the project. Right now, CHOP sends donated milk out for pasteurization and processing. Having their own bank will streamline that process.
