Obama Authorizes Military in Iraq; Marijuana Tourism in Denver; Clues in Drexel Hill Murder-Suicide

President Obama declared that America is coming to help as he authorized U.S. air strikes and airdrops of humanitarian aid in northern Iraq. The moves are designed to counter advancing Islamic militants who are threatening the well-being of Americans and Iraqi civilians. American planes delivered food and water to tens of thousands of Christians stranded on a mountain there.

If you've been thinking about a vacation to Colorado where marijuana is now legal, you are not alone. The mile high city of Denver is enjoying a huge spike in tourism. Visitors from across the country are spending on high grade pot, edibles like chocolate pot candy and cookies. In the 7 months since legalization, legal pot has added $26 million in new tax revenue.

Police are still searching for evidence after the brutal murder yesterday in Drexel Hill and suicide in Staten Island. Christina Belajonas was stabbed and shot in the head by her husband Keith in front of their two children, 4 and 5 year old boys. After the murder, Keith posted on Facebook that he had caught his wife cheating. Keith Belajonas then ended his own life with a bullet to his head.
