1997---Peter Townshend unveiled an English Heritage Blue Plague at 23 Brook Street in London to mark where Jimi Hendrix lived 1968-1969. Kathy Etchingham, Jimi's old girlfriend, and Noel Redding, bassist for The Jimi Hendrix Experience, were among those in attendance.
