Philadelphia Police have arrested a second suspect in connection to the 15-year-old girl shot in front of Einstein Hospital. 15 year old Quadir Gibson from the 5900 block of Horrocks Street has been charged with the murder of Aisha Abdur-Rhaman and attempted murder of a 19-year-old male who is in critical condition. Gibson was not the shooter but he brought 19-year-old Darian Person of Rowan Street to the fight and told him to shoot. Person surrendered himself to Police on Tuesday. He is a star running back for Father Judge High School. Gibson is being charged as an adult.

One worker was electrocuted and another critically injured after an accident this morning in Havertown. The incident happened just after 9 am near the corner of Winton and Campbell Avenues. The two workers were working on a roof of a home when they lost control of an aluminum ladder which then struck a wire. A male in his 50's died from the shock. The other worker, who is in his 20's, was transported to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Police are continuing to investigate.

A Montgomery County man has been sentenced to at least 10 years in prison for admittedly causing the death of his two-month-old daughter after a night of drinking. 30-year-old Edward Doyle of Upper Moreland plead guilty to third-degree murder over the summer claiming responsibility for her death inside their Hatboro apartment. He claims that he was holding the child and fell on her after a night of drinking and failed to get medical help. Prosecutors say that the child's fatal injuries don't match that story. Regardless, Doyle was sentenced today to 10-20 years in prison.

Tonight,
Clear skies, temperatures in the lower 70s/upper 60s this evening in Center City.
