A "Real Housewives of New Jersey" couple is now headed to federal prison after their sentencing hearing in Newark on Thursday. Teresa Giudice was sentenced to 15 months behind bars. Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice, her husband, will serve 41 months in prison. They will also have to pay $414,000 in restitution. The judge will allow Teresa to serve her term first so Joe can stay home with their four children. The couple pled guilty in March to hiding assets from bankruptcy creditors and submitting phony loan applications to get $5 million in mortgages and construction loans. Joe also pled guilty to not filing a 2004 tax return.

Police have released a sketch of a suspect wanted in connection with an assault in Wissahickon Park near Chestnut Hill. (see picture below) It happened late last Friday afternoon. A 51-year-old woman was walking on a trail in Wissahickon Valley Park near the 600 block of Gatehouse Lane. The suspect walked passed her going the other way and they exchange hellos. He came back, grabbed her and demanded money. He then threw her on the ground and demanded sex. After a struggle the woman was able to escape and call police. The suspect is described as a black male, 6-foot tall, between 25 and 30 years of age, dark complexion, muscular build. He was wearing a red polo shirt with white lettering, tan pants and a baseball cap. Anyone with information should call Philadelphia Police.

Philadelphia Police have arrested a high ranking member of the Philadelphia Fire Department who is accused of posing as a police officer and sexually assaulting a young woman. The incident happened at 10:30 pm Wednesday night on the 1300 block of West Ruscomb Street in the city's Logan neighborhood. Police explained that a woman walking down the street was stopped by a man who implied he was an officer. The woman got into the man's car out of fear of being arrested. That's when Fire Lt. Jemal Johnson forced her to perform a sex act. The woman was able to escape and call police who were able to relay the information to patrol officers who found and arrested her attacker. Johnson was stationed at Engine 45, Ladder 14 at 26th and York streets.

Tonight,
Partly Cloudy, temperatures in the mid 60's this evening in Center City
