1964---The Rolling Stones perform for the 1st time on CBS-TV's The Ed Sullivan Show. It is quite a debute. After the performance, Sullivan says he'll never let the group appear on his show again. He has to eat those words. The Rolling Stones appeared on the show 6 times.
