Anchorman Chris May is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit filed by Howard Rubin, a former school police supervisor at a city charter school. The Sheriff's Office said people have been receiving "intimidating phone calls" from con artists who demand cash or personal information. The callers say the person is wanted by the IRS for unpaid taxes, or there's a warrant out for their arrest. Anyone who gets a threatening call from a scammer should call Montgomery County detectives at 610-278-3368.
