Penn Frat Apology for Beyonce Sex Doll; Girl Killed Getting On School Bus; Williams Disgust of Kane

A Penn fraternity is now apologizing for posting a Christmas photo to Facebook on Sunday that included a Beyonce blow-up sex doll. The group photo (pictured) included 29 members of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity posing with black blow up sex doll. According to the Daily Pennsylvanian, one of the members had received the as doll a gag gift during a Secret Santa event. The frat issued an apology through the Pennsylvanian saying the Beyoncé sex toy was "distasteful." Some Penn minority groups condemned the photo and have demanded that the fraternity be punished.

An accident left a Bensalem high school 10th grader dead this morning. The incident happened around 6:40 this morning on Bensalem Blvd and Bridgewater Road. According to investigators, 16-year-old Minete Zeka was getting on a school bus when the driver of an SUV hit her. She was later taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. The bus reportedly had its red flashing lights on with it's stop sign extended at the time. The driver of the SUV is cooperating with police. He has been identified as an 18-year-old tech school student.

Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams has accused Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane of making repeated false statements to justify shutting down an undercover sting. Williams announced bribery charges against two lawmakers in a corruption case he revived. Williams said Kane had irresponsibly and without evidence claimed that the investigation had been marred by racial targeting. Williams, who is black said he was disgusted that Kane would bring racism into this case. Williams said. "It's like pouring gasoline on the fire for no reason, no reason at all."
