1985---Born on May 8, 1940 Ricky(Rick) Nelson dies in a plane crash on the way to a New Year's Eve concert in Dallas Texas. He was a TV(Ozzie and Harriet Show) and movie star, teen idol and is a member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. He recorded over 35 albums and 90 singles. RIP Ricky(Rick)!
