Residents who have cars parked along posted Snow Emergency routes will need to move their cars or else they will be ticketed and towed. Homeowners are reminded to clear a three foot wide path in front of their homes within 6 hours of the end of the snow. Throwing snow back into the streets could result in a fine. A number of PPA garages will be open for a flat rate of $5 starting at 5 pm Monday and ending 8 am Wednesday. You must bring your ticket to the PPA office at the garage to get the discount. (see list below) Tuesday trash and recycling have been canceled. SEPTA subway and El will continue to run tonight, but bus and trolley service could be delayed, detoured, or suspended.
