Authorities in Montgomery County have released surveillance footage of a man they are calling a 'person of interest' in last week's bomb threat of the county courthouse. Last Thursday around 8:30 a.m. a caller told Norristown police that there were bombs and explosives in the courthouse. A second similar call from a cell phone was placed just minutes later. The courthouse was evacuated for 2 hours while it was searched top-to-bottom by sheriff's deputies. The call was traced to a pay phone outside the 7-Eleven at Main Street and Montgomery Avenue in West Norriton. Video footage shows a man using the phone at time the first call was placed. IF you recognize the man call Norristown police or the Montgomery County District Attorney's office.

A man died on Monday after after a tree fell on his car and he crashed into a vehicle. It happened around 4:50 p.m. in Radnor Township, Delaware County. Narces Mothersil of Upper Darby was driving on Sproul Road near Sunnyhill Lane when a large tree fell onto the top of his car. Mothersil then swerved into the other lanes and hit another vehicle head-on. The entire roof of his Toyota Camry was smashed in flat. Firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to free Mothersil. He was taken to the hospital where he later died. Gusty winds yesterday evening played a role in the tree's toppling. The driver of the other car was not injured.

One woman is under arrest and another is on the loose following a shooting that started as an altercation at a Nicetown laundromat. A 27-year-old and 24-year-old woman (and her two children two children ages 3 and 5) were at a Tioga-Nicetown laundromat on Fox Street and Roberts Avenue around 5 pm Monday afternoon. They were approached by a group of 4 women (including a 13-year-old) and during the confrontation the windshield of the 27-year-old's Trail Blazer was smashed. The altercation then moved to the 2600 block of Roberts Avenue, with the two victims and the four females all arriving in four different vehicles. When the 27-year-old confronted one of the attacking females about her windshield, she was shot in both of her legs by the suspect 33-year-old Lashanda Anderson. The other victim tried to flee after hearing the shots, but an unidentified second female shooter shot into her car grazing her in the head. She was able to flag down a police officer who stopped and arrested Anderson. The second shooter got away. Anderson is charged with 1 count of Attempted Murder, 4 counts of Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, and related offenses. The two shooting victims were taken to Temple University Hospital and are in stable condition.

Tonight,
Clear skies, temperatures in the mid 20's this evening in Center City.
