Authorities in Montgomery County have announced charges against a man who is accused of raping a woman inside a Doylestown tanning salon last month. 18-year-old Marshall Isaac Gibson of Doylestown is charged with rape, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, and related charges. On February 25th, Police responded to Glo Tans on the 900 block of North Wales Road in Montgomery Township. The 25-year-old victim said that Gibson had entered the store around 9:00 pm asking to use the restroom. After using the bathroom he got her to enter a tanning room and made advances on her. After she resisted, he pulled out a knife and sexually assaulted her. Police were able to identify him from store surveillance video. Gibson is currently at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility after failing to post $25,000 bail.

A 4-year-old boy abducted early Friday morning in North Philadelphia has been found and his kidnapper is in custody. 4-year-old Yandel Ernesto Rosario was taken from his home on the 2800 block of Hope Street in the Fairhill neighborhood around 2:50 a.m. The boy's mother told police that her her ex-boyfriend 35-year-old Carlos Manuel Lebron Jr., who was staying at the home, was wearing a ski mask and took the child. Lebron is not the boy's biological father. Shortly after 10:00 a.m., police announced that Yandel had been returned to his mother and that the suspect was in custody. No word on why Lebron took the boy and no charges have been filed yet.

A man gunned down while walking his dog on his Overbrook street Thursday night has been identified. 51-year-old James P. Stuhlman was out walking his Labradoodle named Molly on the 6400 block of Woodcrest Avenue just before 9:00 pm last night when he was shot once in the chest. He died later at the hospital. Neighbors say that Stuhlman, a married father of a young girl and owner of a landscaping business, was a friendly and caring neighbor. The usually quiet street is in shock. Police say that cash was still in his wallet. They are culling together surveillance footage from the area to get a better picture of what may have happened.

Cloudy, Rain after 11pm, temperatures in the mid 40's this evening in Center City.
