A brawl in Darby Borough led to a gunman firing 6 shots from a handgun. The incident happened yesterday afternoon at Greenway and Third Street in Darby Borough. Police say a man pulled out a gun and fired 6 rounds with little kids playing in the area. Police say at least one bullet went into a home. No one was hit and police are searching for the gunman.

A Temple University graduate filmmaker with deep ties in the local independent film community was fatally hit early yesterday while riding his bike in North Philadelphia. 26 year old Jay Mohan, was headed home about 12:05 a.m., biking on Ridge Avenue crossing over to Girard when he was struck, suffering multiple fractures and head trauma. According to reports he may not have been wearing a helmet.

A South Jersey man was packing heat in his butt when he was strip searched by police at the Cumberland County jail. Darquan Lee was acting suspicious after being picked up for a contempt of court violation. During a search, police removed a loaded and cocked 25-caliber handgun out of his anal cavity. Police say they have seen weapons hidden before, but never anything quite like this.
