Crews placed the fire under control in less than an hour. Everyone was able to get out safely and no injuries were reported.

Police say four people were shot, one of them fatally, late Thursday night in Chester, Delaware County. This happened just before 11:30 p.m. near 3rd and Palmer Streets. Two gunman fired over 30 rounds at the victims. A 21-year-old man was struck multiple times and was pronounced dead on the scene. Two juveniles and a 47-year-old man were also struck.
