Narberth Man Pled Guilty to Peeping; Fundraiser for Firefighter's Family; Congress Questions Amtrak

A Lower Merion Township man has pleaded guilty in what investigators call one of the largest invasion of privacy cases they've seen. 38 year old Sean Moses of Narberth secretly recorded women and girls in department store fitting rooms, at the beach and through apartment windows. Sentencing is expected in September.

Firefighters will be waiting tables at a northeast Philadelphia restaurant to raise money for the children of the first female firefighter in Philly to die in the line of duty. The fundraising dinner for the family of Lieutenant Joyce Craig will be held tonight at Johnnie's Italian Restaurant in the Wissinoming section of the city. Officials say fire department members from the rank of lieutenant up to deputy commissioner will be volunteering as waiters and bus staff for the day. Craig died in December when she became trapped in the basement of a burning row home where an elderly woman was later rescued. The 11-year veteran is survived by son Mekhi Donte-Green and infant daughter Laylani Lewis. All proceeds and tips will go to the Lieutenant Joyce Craig Memorial Fund.

Members of Congress are questioning federal rail investigators about why they still won’t say whether the engineer of Amtrak Train 188 was using his cellphone when it crashed in Philadelphia on May 12th. They know the phone was used that day but time stamps on the phone’s texts and calls are in different time zones. The phone which was a California number is also showing discrepancies between the phone and cellphone company records.

Sports
The Phillies have the Reds tonight. And the Union host Colorado.

Philadelphia Weather
