A tractor-trailer and a bus carrying Italian tourists collided Wednesday on a highway in eastern Pennsylvania, killing three people and sending more than a dozen to hospitals, authorities said. Police identified the driver of the bus killed in the accident as Alfredo Telemaco, 54, of New York. The crash occurred yesterday morning on Interstate 380 in the Pocono Mountains. Police say the crash occurred after the tractor-trailer crossed into oncoming traffic.

Police are looking a man they say led them on a chase then abandoned the car with a 3-year-old boy and loaded gun inside. Officers tried to pull the car over in West Philadelphia Wednesday night. According to police, the driver took off and led police on a short chase into Upper Darby. Then the driver ditched the car and ran away leaving a 3-year-old boy inside the car and a loaded handgun on the front seat. Family members of the boy, who was not hurt, arrived to the scene shortly after and are working with police to try to identify the suspect.

The clay bust (pictured) found on the Ventnor boardwalk has been identified. Some thought the 20-pound sculpture found on the boardwalk looked like Notre Dame football coach Knute Rockne, Luca Brasi from "The Godfather" or comedian Tim Allen, it is actually a dentist from Wilmington. Betsy Schwartz says it's her "Pop Pop," Samuel Shames. Scwartz who now lives in Connecticut recognized the bust in media reports. The wooden pedestal at the base of the bust had "Hilda 72" inscribed in it. Schwartz said that was her grandmother, Hilda Shames, a prolific artist who sculpted busts of many family members. The bust was apparently lost in the move when their Ventnor house was sold.
