Swedish producer Avicii's second studio album Stories is due out this September. It is expected to feature a number of guests including Jon Bon Jovi, Coldplay's Chris Martin, Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong, Wyclef Jean, Matisyahu, System of a Down's Serj Tankian and more. Avicii premiered one new track off the album this week on his Le7els podcast. It is called "Broken Arrows" and features the Zac Brown Band. It is another example of the EDM/Country crossover that is soon to be coming in bulk. You can preview the track here:

Country star Jake Owen has just released the video for "Real Life," the first single off his upcoming fifth album. It's a fun, slapstick, literal take on the lyrics. Look out for his mom, twin brothers, and NASCAR's Kevin Harvick. Owen is usually found on the beach, but this time he's visiting Waffle House. Check it all out for yourself, watch the video below:

Kendrick Lamar opened the BET Awards on Sunday night with a powerful performance of "Alright" off To Pimp a Butterfly. On Tuesday, he released the the visually stunning and cinematic video for the track directed by Colin Tilley and the Little Homies. This is a video that compliments and clarifies the message of the track and helps makes it's statement. It's not just eye candy, although it is beautifully shot. Whether you agree or not with Lamar's viewpoint, this video may make it clearer than trying to decipher the message through the BET performance. Watch it below:
