The first trailer for DC Comics and Warner Brothers Suicide Squad has been released after airing at San Diego Comic Con last weekend. The David Ayer directed film is expected to be released in August. The clip gives us a glimpse of most of the major actors and characters including Jared Leto as Joker. We also see Will Smith as Deadshot, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Ben Affleck as Batman, Adam Beach as Slipknot, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Karen Fukuhara as Katana, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc, Jay Hernandez as El Diablo, and Viola Davis as Amanda Waller. The video was meant to be seen by Comic Con attendees only but was pirated and released. Warner Bros. decided to release the official HD version after they couldn't quell the spread of the pirated version. Watch the official trailer for Suicide Squad below:

30 years ago on July 13th 1985, the Live Aid concerts captured the world's attention. 90,000 attended the show in Philadelphia's JFK Stadium and 60,000 attended in London's Wembley Stadium while 1.5 billion watched the 16 hour satellite simulcast around the world. Phil Collins played at both shows, flying across the Atlantic to appear on each stage. The Bob Geldolf produced charity event raised $150 million earmarked for the starving in Ethiopia, however it turned out that the political/civil unrest in that country made it nearly impossible to get aid to the needy and much of it was absorbed by the corrupt government.

Jonathan Tyler has released a new single "To Love Is To Fly" featuring Nikki Lane off his upcoming album Holy Smokes. The song is about a reckless, dangerous love, as we are lulled by the pedal steel. This is an excellent slice of Texas Americana. Take a listen and watch the short making of video below:
