The 12-year-olds of the Red Land Little League from Lewisberry, Pennsylvania have advanced to the final of the Little League World Series after beating a team from Texas on Saturday for the US title. A record crowd of 45,716 filled the stands and the hill behind the outfield fence to watch the home town team. They were in for an exciting one. It came down to a RBI 'walk-off' single in the bottom of the sixth by Red Land's Chayton Krauss to give them the 3-2 win over Pearland, Texas. The team will meet the undefeated team from Tokyo, Japan on Sunday for the World Series title game. No team from Pennsylvania has won the US title since Shippensburg in 1900 and no PA team has won the LLWS since Levittown in 1960. The game will be broadcast on ABC at 3pm.

Radnor Police have arrested a gas station employee for allegedly groping a female customer. It happened around 11:45 a.m. Saturday inside the Stop N' Shop at the Shell Gas Station located at the corner of Spring Mill Road and Lancaster Ave. The worker, Bijay "BJ" Kumar Lama, was helping the 40-year-old victim make coffee. She says he tried to hug her and then put his hand on her buttocks and breast. She pushed him away and waved down a patrol car. Surveillance video from inside the store backs up the woman's story. Lama is charged with harassment, simple assault, indecent assault and disorderly conduct. A similar complaint about Lama was made to Radnor police last year but the woman did not want to follow through. The gas station's owner is cooperating with the police investigation. The store is located next to several businesses on a busy intersection at the corner of Villanova University's campus. If you feel you may have been victimized by Lama, you should contact Radnor Police at 610-688-0503

They are in stable condition. Officials believe that the fire is arson. No charges have been filed. The exact cause has not been determined. The investigation is on going.
