A missing college student has prompted the cancelation of classes at his Maryland college and for his high school alma mater to go on alert. 19-year-old Jacob Marberger was last seen at a Wal-Mart in Berks County Monday morning after leaving his parent's Cheltenham, Montgomery County home. He left the home with a guncase, but it is not clear if there was a gun inside. Cheltenham High School went on 'lockout' status. Washington College in Chestertown, MD has cancelled classes until further notice. There are no threats against either school. Last month, after students played a prank on Marberger he was seen brandishing an unloaded, antique rifle in front of a group of students. He was facing disciplinary action and resigned his student government position before driving back to his parent's in the middle of the night Monday morning. He's described as 130 pounds and 5-foot-4 with brown curly hair. He was last seen driving a 1997 dark green Land Rover. You can call Chestertown police at 410-778-7810.

The Philadelphia Parking Authority will be launching a free pay-by-phone app that may save you from a few parking tickets. It will be available on Thursday in select zones in Center City, Penn's Landing, and Torresdale Train Station. The app is called meterUp. You'll be able to pay for your parking using your smartphone and even add time to the “meter” from where ever you are if you are running late. You also only pay for the time you are parked. You stop the meter on the app when you are pulling away. It does cost double when you add time, but that beats getting a ticket. More details will be released on Thursday at the launch event.

A former Delaware middle school choir director is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl. 43-year-old Gary Smith of Newark is charged with 27 counts of Rape 3rd Degree, Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child, Sexual Abuse of a Child by a Person of Trust 1st Degree, and Sexual Solicitation of a Child under the Age of 18. Smith was the choir director at H.B. DuPont Middle School in Hockessin, Delaware. The offenses took place on school grounds between 2010 and 2012 starting when the girl was 13. He is currently being held at Howard Young Correctional Institution in lieu of $815,000.00 cash bond.

Tonight,
Partly Cloundy temperatures in upper 40's this evening in Center City
