Some are calling it the "Miracle on Market Street." During his trip to Philadelphia in September, Pope Francis stopped to kiss a baby held up to him. At the time, one year old Giana Masciantonio had a tumor on her brain. Since then, after repeated treatments at the cancer center at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, the tumor is basically gone. The tot's stunning reversal of fortune came after a dire diagnosis from her doctors.

A serious accident snarled Interstate 295 for hours this morning in West Deptford, New Jersey. One woman was injured in the two-car collision early this morning. The incident occurred in the southbound lanes when a female driver's vehicle collided with another vehicle as she drove the wrong way. The male driver of the vehicle that was struck says that he saw the vehicle driving towards him and tried to swerve to avoid it, but was unable to do so. The male driver's vehicle was hit head-on and the impact sent his vehicle flying over the median into the northbound lanes. Fortunately, he was able to free himself from the vehicle and walk away from it moments before it burst into flames. He was taken to a hospital and has already been released. The female driver was airlifted to a hospital. Her condition is unknown.

UPDATE: 26-year-old Eileen Dougherty of Boothwyn, PA has been charged with DUI and other offenses in the crash. She was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

New Jersey Botox maker Allergan and Pfizer will join in a $160 billion deal to create the world's largest drugmaker. It's the biggest health care deal ever and the company will reorganize in a country with a lower corporate tax rate. Botox maker Allergan is based in Ireland but runs much of its operations out of New Jersey. Pfizer and Allergan will be combined under Allergan PLC, which will be renamed Pfizer PLC.
