Neshaminy High School Head Basketball Coach Jerry Devine has been placed on leave as coach and from his teaching responsibilities after an incident at the end of a close basketball game last night. It was caught on video as Devine's team gets hit with a foul at the end of a close game. Then Devine gets in the face of the ref and head butts him, knocking the ref backward to the floor. Devine is an algebra and history teacher at Neshaminy High School. The school is investigating. Watch video of the incident below:

What would you do with nearly a half a billion dollars? The Pennsylvania Powerball jackpot has been increased to a $450 million annuity value. That’s the biggest jackpot in nearly a year. The cash payout would be at least $275.4 million dollars. If a winning ticket is drawn tonight, it will go down as the fourth-largest annuity prize on record. Powerball tickets are on sale until 9:59 tonight. The drawing is at 11 pm. I got mine.

More Jersey Shore oceanfront homeowners are going to court to try to block protective sand dunes from being built near their homes, on land they currently own. The state wants to condemn strips of beach needed for the project. The latest group to join the fight is a group of 11 oceanfront homeowners in Point Pleasant Beach joining Jenkinson's beach, and homeowners in Bay Head, Long Beach Island, and Margate who have launched court challenges to the plan, temporarily stalling it in their areas. Point Pleasant Beach and Bay Head homeowners want to be exempted from the dune project, saying a privately built rock wall affords them enough protection against storms.
