Ted Cruz asked his chief campaign spokesman, Communications Director Rick Tyler, to resign Monday, a day after he publicized a now-disputed report by the University of Pennsylvania's student newspaper about one of Cruz's chief rivals, Sen. Marco Rubio. Cruz campaigners pushed out a video of Sen. Marco Rubio talking about a Bible in a hotel lobby. The video was reported by The Daily Pennsylvanian website with subtitles that have since been changed. The video reportedly suggested Rubio was poking fun at a book a Cruz staffer was reading -- the Bible. The original subtitles indicated that Rubio said "not all the answers" can be found in the religious book.

Philadelphia is cracking down on eyesores scattered across the city. They are called donation bins or collection bins or charity boxes, and they are located around the city, from the worst neighborhoods to the best. Tuesday at noon, standing beside one of the monstrosities at 4100 Germantown Ave., Licenses and Inspection Commissioner David Perri will announce a crackdown on them. L&I gave notice to the owners of the bins and, starting Tuesday, "we will collect them, break them down, and recycle the metal," says Perri, aware of the irony of recycling bins that collect clothes to be recycled.

Bill Cosby's wife, Camille who has publicly stood by him as he faces dozens of sexual-assault allegations, was deposed Monday in a defamation lawsuit filed against him by seven accusers and agreed to return next month to answer even more questions under oath. The eight hour deposition took place under heavy security at the Springfield Marriott hotel.
