Federal Funding is available for local and state governments as well as some nonprofit organizations for emergency work and to fix the damages in the affected counties. A Villanova Student was arrested and charged with dealing LSD in his dorm room. This is the second time in almost a month that LSD has been present on Villanova's campus. This incident started out on Saturday night, when a student who had used LSD was reported missing. Villanova's Public Safety and Local Police were able to find the student, who was later treated at a hospital. Police also arrested a student who had 3,800 "tabs" of the drug in his room.
