Teen Shot Near Archbishop Ryan HS, Trump's Sister Gets Threat Letter, Shooting in S.West Philly

A teenager was shot by Archbishop Ryan High School in North Philadelphia on Saturday Night. The 17-year-old victim was shot in the leg by another teen on a baseball field behind the high school. After being shot, the victim was taken to Aria Health Torresdale where he is in stable condition. The suspects are said to be three teenage boys, although no arrests have been made as of now.

Donald Trump's Sister was sent a threatening letter demanding that Trump drop out of the presidential race. Judge Maryanne Trump Barry who serves on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, which includes Philadelphia, was sent the letter. Trumps son Eric was also sent a similar letter last week. The Philly FBI has said they are aware of the incident and are working with authorities to find a suspect.

Police are now investigating a shooting that happened on Sunday morning at around 2:30 a.m. The shooting happened on the 5800 block of Beaumont Avenue. Police arrived on scene and found a 23-year-old male and 26-year-old male who both had been shot. Both men were taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where the 23-year-old died from a gunshot wound to his torso. The other victim was transported with non life-threatening injuries. No arrests have been made as of yet.
