Drunk Pilot BAC Released, Obama Reduces 61 Sentences, Police Look For 7-Eleven Robber

50-year-old John Maguire, the man who has been charged with operating an airplane under the influence of alcohol had his Blood-Alcohol level released yesterday to authorities. Maguire was over the legal limit of 0.04, Maguire registered a 0.81 in his breathalyzer test after being taken off the plane. Maguire is still pending arraignment.

Yesterday President Obama reduced the sentences of 61 prisoners' who have been serving time for non-violent drug offenses. One of the men 53-year-old Vernon Harris who is from Philadelphia has had his life sentence reduced. Harris was sentenced to prison in 1996 for possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell. Harris is set to be released on July 28th.

Police are on the hunt for a suspect who is wanted for robbing a 7-Eleven in Overbrook Multiple times. The first robbery took place on March 12th on the 6300 Block on Lebanon Avenue. The suspect held up the cashier with a gun but got away with nothing The second on March 23rd where he held up the cashier with a knife, and got away with an unknown amount of money. Police say the suspect is a black male, in his 20's, and somewhere between 150-160 lbs.

The Phillies play tonight in Reading against the Reading Phillies in a Phillies Futures Game.
