Democratic Presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are addressing the PA AFL-CIO convention in Philadelphia this week. Clinton will be first up Wednesday, Sanders will get his turn on Thursday. Each is hoping to pick up support from members of the powerful organized labor group ahead of the April 28th primary. Philadelphia AFL-CIO President Pat Eiding isn't tipping his hand.

A son of the late Cooper University Health System CEO John P. Sheridan has been indicted on a single count of drug possession for cocaine found in his car the day his parents died in 2014. Matthew Sheridan, 41, of Montgomery Township, Somerset County, had been arrested Sept. 28, 2014, after authorities searched his vehicle at the family's home and found cocaine and a scale in the car, according to law enforcement records. Early that morning, his parents were found dead, both stabbed, in the couple's master bedroom that intentionally had been set on fire.

Villanova's NCAA basketball championship team will get a parade in Philadelphia to celebrate the victory. The parade honoring the Wildcats will run along Market Street from 20th Street to Dilworth Plaza. It will start at 1 p.m. Friday. Mayor Jim Kenney considers Villanova part of Philadelphia and the university will pick up the tab for all but about $6,000 in cost to the city.
