Fire fighters had to battle a restaurant fire last night in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia. The Fire broke out at around 6 p.m. at Owens Cafe on the 2800 block of Cottman Avenue. Scott Sauer, SEPTA's Assistant General Manager of System Safety said "if you take photos or shoot video on the tracks, that picture or film might be the last footage you take. Tracks are for trains. They are not photo or movie studios." SEPTA also wants to remind everyone that walking on the tracks is consider illegal trespassing.

The Flyers honored their founder Ed Snider before Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs last night. Snider who died last week after a 2-year-long battle with cancer was honored all throughout the game. Fans even left flowers and cards for the deceased owner outside of the stadium next to the team flag.
