Bucks County police have arrested and charged a mother in the death of her two year old daughter. 22 year old Kayla Moore was arrested late Tuesday night. District Attorney David Heckler says the child was airlifted to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Sunday, where she underwent emergency surgery. 2-year-old Athena Wolfe died just before 7:00 a.m. Monday morning. Authorities say she suffered blunt force trauma that caused bleeding to her brain, and autopsy results are expected to be released in the near future. Moore was sent to Bucks County Prison and was denied bail.

Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton stomped the competition Tuesday, winning their parties' presidential primaries here. Trump handily beat his two remaining Republican rivals, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and Ohio Gov. John Kasich. In PA, Trump beat Cruz by more than 2½-1 while Kasich finished third.

A historic Main Line inn and a CVS pharmacy may have found a way to play nice. Chester County preservationists and residents who have been fighting to save the Old Covered Wagon Inn in Strafford scored a victory last week when a developer produced revised plans for the drug store that call for accommodating the 18th-century structure rather than razing it. The plan would allow the fieldstone inn to remain at Lancaster Avenue and Old Eagle School Road. The CVS would be built beside it on the 1.7-acre tract.
