Police in Delaware County are asking for the public's help. They are looking for a man wanted for snapping photos of a woman without her knowledge. Surveillance video, from The Pretzel Factory on 69th Street, shows the man taking upskirt pictures of an unsuspecting woman as she stood in line. The victim finally realized what was happening. She slapped the man and he then took off.

A judge in Camden County has ruled that 22-year-old David Creato Jr. should face murder charges in the death of his 3-year-old son. On Monday, the judged dismissed a defense request to toss out the indictment against Creato. He is accused of killing his son Brendan. Officials say he then reported that his child was missing in a call to 9-1-1. The little boy's clothes were found a few blocks from his Westmont home October.

The Delaware State Police are investigating a serious crash, involving a pedestrian, that took place on Monday night. Officials say a male construction worker died as a result of the crash. The accident forced the closure of the two right hand lanes of I-95 heading north. Authorities say the crash took place around 7:37 p.m. on northbound I-95 on the Brandywine River Bridge near US Route 202 in Wilmington.
