Twin brothers from Chester County have been arrested and charged with setting off IEDs in several locations in Chester and Lancaster Counties over winter break. 22-year-old's Daniel and Caleb Tate of Cochranville, Chester County, started off their spree on December 20th by blowing up a mailbox with an improvised explosive device. They gradually increased their target's size which included an Amish phone booth, a well pump, and a produce shed. The pair set off 5 pipe bombs in total. State Police and ATF investigators tracked down video of them stealing parts for the bombs from local hardware stores. No one was injured in the bombings. The home had previously been classified as unsafe by the Department of Licenses and Inspections. As contractors were at the house today making repair estimates, the first floor collapsed. A man who was in the building illegally was trapped in the basement by the debris. Rescue crews spent about an hour freeing him from the basement. The man was taken to the hospital and is expected to be ok. No contractors were hurt. No word on what the man was doing on the property.

The two met while she was a substitute at Easton Middle School. They began their physical relationship in the Fall of 2015. Aldinger is charged with institutional sexual assault.
