The Minnesota Medical Examiner's office has concluded its investigation into the death of Prince and determined that the star died from an accidental overdose from an opiod painkiller. Toxicology results showed that he had the powerful pain medication Fentanyl in his system. Prince was found unresponsive on the morning of April 21st in an elevator of his Paisley Park estate outside of Minneapolis. It has not been determined exactly where or how Prince got the drugs, but it is believe he had been taking them to battle hip and knee pain due to years of performing.

Police in Chester County have identified the body of a woman found in a pond tied to a cinder block. 24-year-old Ryan Stevyn Benjamin was discovered in a popular swimming hole along Pigeon Creek in East Coventry Township, PA at 11:15 a.m. Monday. Benjamin is from Pottstown and works as a Pre-K teacher. She was identified with the help of her description, specific jewelry, and tattoos. Police say that she did not die in the pond, but was placed there afterward, but cause of death has not yet been determined. She was discovered by a fisherman on Monday. Children were there swimming on Sunday afternoon, so it must have happened sometime in between. Anyone with information is asked to contact Det. Tom Goggin at 610-344-6866.

A sinkhole near the King of Prussia mall caused lots of problems in Upper Merion Township this afternoon. It happened around 1 p.m. Thursday near 202 and Mall Blvd. A broken water main caused the sink hole and flooding along Mall Blvd in the northbound lanes. That road was closed to traffic for cleanup.
