A Philadelphia television reporter was attacked live on air as she was delivering a report outside of City Hall on Wednesday night. Iris Delgado was finishing up her live report near the top of the 11 o'clock news on Telemundo 62 when an African American woman approached her and tried to get her attention. The woman said, "Excuse me, excuse me," before grabbing the back of Delgado's head and punching her in the face. The news cut back to anchor Ramon Zayas who exclaimed "Ay, Dios mio!" The attacker punched Delgado several more times and dragged her to the ground before the news crew was able to separate them. 37-year-old Waheedah Wilson has been charged with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. Delgado was reporting on the City Council budget discussions and the 'soda tax.' Watch video of the incident below:

Authorities have made an arrest in the murder outside of a McDonald's in Norristown on Tuesday night. Police have charged 22-year-old Jonathan Walker with First and Third Degree Murder and a weapons offense. It happened around 11:30 p.m. at the restaurant on West Main Street. Walker and the victim, 24-year-old Marquis Johnson of Coatesville, were having a verbal argument at the BP gas station next door. The two left the station and Johnson was seen running for his life. 11 shots were fired, several hitting him in the torso. He collapsed dead near the menu in the drive-thru lane of McDonald's. Walker is being held without bail at Montgomery County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing is set for June 23rd.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Nelson Agholor has been accused of sexually assaulting a dancer at Cheerleaders Gentleman's Club in South Philadelphia on Thursday afternoon. The 27-year-old woman reported the alleged rape to Philadelphia police saying it happened inside the club, located near Front and Oregon, around 3 p.m. Agholor was reportedly there with two other Eagles players. The club is located near the team's training complex and the incident occurred after their final minicamp practice. The Eagles released a statement: "We are aware of the police investigation involving Nelson Agholor. The organization has been in contact with Nelson and with the proper authorities in Philadelphia. Because of the legal nature of this matter, we will have no further comment." Philadelphia Special Victims unit is investigating.

Tonight,
Partly Cloudy, temperatures in the mid/low 70's this evening in Center City
