Wawa Welcome America! Festival wraps up tomorrow with the Party on the Parkway, July 4th Concert, and Fireworks at the Art Museum to celebrate our country's 240th Birthday. The Party on the Parkway starts at noon on Benjamin Franklin Parkway from 20th Street to Eakins Oval and goes to the start of the concert at 5pm. It will feature food, activities, and music from Kidz Bop. The FREE July 4th Concert will be headlined by R&B and soul singer/songwriter Leon Bridges. DJ Biz Markie will play throughout the night. Philadelphia natives Leslie Odom, Jr., Tony Award-winning Hamilton star, and Yazz (Bryshere Gray) from TV's smash hit Empire, will also perform. Philly's own Viva Mas and Brothery Love also take the stage. There will also be a tribute to The Sound of Philadelphia production team Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff. The O'Jays, Harold Melvin and the Bluenotes, and the Intruders are expected to perform. The Philly POPS will round out the night. There will be plenty of food trucks and two beer gardens. The concert will end with the famous Fireworks above the Art Museum at 10 p.m.

If you can't wait until July 4th, head on down to Independence Hall today/tonight for the Historic Philadelphia Block Party. Some 20 food trucks are lining 5th and 6th Streets between Market and Chestnut on either side of Independence Mall all afternoon and evening. The Philly POPS will be playing a Free concert in front of Independence Hall starting at 8 pm. Just bring your blanket or chair and find a piece of grass.
