Police have now arrested and charged a 16-year-old male who was involved in a paintball incident near Temple University's campus on Sunday. Officials say that just before 2 pm on Sunday, the teen was caught firing a paintball gun at walking pedestrians just outside of his house on the 1500 block of W. Diamond Street. Police were called to the scene after two victims were shot with paintballs. After talking with the victims, police then were able to identify the shooter in the house and take him into custody. The teen is being charged with aggravated assault, as well as many other related offenses.

With the impending SEPTA workers' strike that could take place starting Tuesday morning, if an agreement is not made, the City of Philadelphia has now released a plan to help citizens get the transportation they need. The City will be providing a free shuttle for city employees and city jurors along the Broad Street and Market Frankford lines. The City will allow the public to use bus-zones as a way to drop off or pick up passengers in their vehicles. Uber and Lyft announced they are finalizing a plan to offer discounted rates near SEPTA stations in the city. Officials encourage people to plan ahead and to consider using the regional rails, car pooling, biking or walking to work in case of the strike.

Three Bucks County teens have now been arrested and charged as adults in a deadly shooting that took place this past weekend. The victim was 19-year-old Iziah Lewis from Sellersville, who was a player on Pennridge High School's football team last year. The shooting took place in Perkasie, Bucks County at Kulp Memorial Park in the early morning hours of Saturday. Police arrived just on the scene just before 1 am to find Lewis lying unconscious on the ground. He was taken to Grand View Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Police are still investigating the shooting, but they believed their was an argument between the teens and Lewis. All three teens are being charged with murder, robbery, and other related offenses. They are currently being held at Bucks County Correctional Facility without bail. Their preliminary hearing is set for November 7th.
