Philadelphia Police have now charged a man with sexually assaulting two women in two separate occasions, where he offered them help finding a job. The suspect in custody is 31-year-old Irvin Harper. The first incident took place back in January when he offered a 19-year-old woman to help her find a job in cleaning services. Police say that he took her home, and forced at gun point to take off her clothes. Then on October 16th, police say that Harper offered a 21-year-old help finding a job. Harper then took her back to his home where he sexually assaulted her. Harper has been charged with Rape, Sexual Assault, as well as many other related charges.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf has now signed the bill giving the permanent authorization for ride-sharing service such as Uber and Lyft all across PA. After months of debating and negotiating the bill was finally passed and has now been officially been put into action for consumers and ride-sharing services employees. Wolf stated that the bill will finally let Uber, Lyft, and other services to be full functioning partners of the communities. Governor Wolf also stated in the bill that two thirds of the tax revenue from rides in Philadelphia will go towards city schools.

Rutgers University released a statement on Friday stating that three people were stabbed, including the suspect, at the University's school of business. The University sent out a message to the campus before 3 p.m. notifying the public there was a stabbing that took place at the school and to avoid the area and seek shelter. About an hour and a half later, Rutgers sent out a message stating that the suspect had been taken into custody and that the area was safe to be in. Neither Rutgers or Police have said how serious the injuries were.
