Philadelphia Police are now investigating after an 8-year-old girl was hit by a car in Overbrook. The incident happened Friday at around 3:30 pm on 63rd Street and Lansdowne Avenue. The lawsuits stated that Trump failed to provide a quality real estate education that his University had promised. Schniderman stated that the $25 Million will be paid by Trump himself or one of his businesses in restitution for the students affected as well as $1 Million going towards penalties to the state.

McLernan is employed by the company responsible for ATM services and money deliveries, and Police say that he used a key to open the ATM, but staged it to look like it was broken in to. Police were called to the scene of Friday and found Mclernan dressed in black, carrying a duffel bag walking along Old Lincoln Highway. Once spotted by police a foot chase ensued, but police were able to apprehend McLernan as well as the duffel bag which had $68,000 in it. McLernan is now charged with burglary, theft as well as other related charges.
