After Green Party candidate Jill Stein filed an Election Contest Petition on Monday to get a recount of votes in PA, the Commonwealth Court has now set next Monday December 5th as the date for a hearing on the petition. The Court has stated that any actions to intervene in the hearing must be filed by this Friday. The Court has stated that they will reach their decision by December 13th. Governor Tom Wolf has believes that he see's there is no evidence of hijinks in Pennsylvania's election. "We don't have any reason to believe that there was fraud," he said. "I think the Clinton campaign has also said they have not seen any fraud, but they are standing with the suit. But we just don't see any evidence of that."

President-Elect Donald Trump is now expected to pick former Goldman Sachs partner Steve Mnuchin as his Treasury Secretary in his cabinet. Mnuchin was Trump's closest economic adviser and served as his finance chairman during his campaign. Mnuchin worked for Goldman Sachs for 17 years, and is now the co-founder and co-CEO of Dune Capital Management. Mnuchin also founded RatPac Dune Entertainment where he has produced movies such as Avatar and X-Men Movies. The selection requires Senate confirmation.

Authorities in Montgomery County are now searching for two men who apparently stole large amounts of prescription narcotics from a pharmacy in Elkins Park. The incident happened at the Wellness First Pharmacy on the 400 block of Township Line Road at around 1:08 pm Tuesday. Police say the one suspect walked into the pharmacy, handed the pharmacist a note stating "give narcotics and you wont be hurt."
