Peeping Tom at Temple; Code Blue in Philly; Fugitive Caught in GA for Delco Delivery Murder

Philadelpha Police are asking for the public's help in catching a suspected Peeping Tom near Temple University. The incident happened on Monday night on the 1500 block of North 15th Street. The man climbed over a fence and watched a 20-year-old woman getting dressed he also took pictures. The man ran off once the woman spotted him. He is described as a white male, about 20 years old, 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a thin build and brown hair. He was wearing a black baseball cap, and a black North Face jacket. The suspect was captured on surveillance cameras. Anyone with information is asked to call 215.686.TIPS (8477).

A Code Blue has been issued in the City of Philadelphia until 6 a.m. Monday, December 12th due to the cold temperatures. Emergency housing will be available to the homeless throughout the weekend. If you see someone who is homeless, call (215) 232-1984, so that outreach personnel can respond. Code Blue is also a reminder for everyone else to bundle up if going outside. Check on anyone who is vulnerable, especially the sick and elderly.

A man wanted for the murder of a Delaware County delivery driver was captured today in Georgia by US Marshals. 37-year-old Rodney Talbo Shelton of Elizabeth City, North Carolina was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Shelton was wanted for the June 0th, 2015, shooting of 63-year-old Thomas Childs of Aston. Shelton was staying with a female friend. When marshals entered the house, he tried to escape, but was quickly apprehended.
