The Electoral College is set to meet Monday to vote for President of the United States. In all of the 50 states, as well as the District of Columbia, voters chosen by the states' party that carried their state will cast their votes for President of the United States. There is no national meeting for all the voters, rather they meet in their prospective states, usually the Capitol. According to federal law, the electoral college must vote on December 19th, each elector must sign six copies certifying their vote. After Monday, the next step is on January 6th when Congress has to officially count the electoral votes.

Two people are dead after a fatal car crash that took place on Sunday night. The crash happened on Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia near Woodward Street at around 9 pm. Police say that a Mercedes Benz crashed into the back of a school bus while speeding at a high rate. The car went underneath the rear of the bus and went into flames. The driver and passenger of the Mercedes were killed on impact. Police stated that the bus driver had just dropped off 28 kids before the accident. No other injuries were reported.

Police say the incident was believed to be a domestic dispute between a man and a woman. The woman was stabbed multiple times with knives from a kitchen set. She was taken to Penn Presbyterian Hospital where she is listed in critical condition. The male suspect fled after the stabbing and police are currently searching for the suspect.
