Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson stated that he is regretful for missing 10 games and letting his team down this season, but also says that he still has an issue regarding the circumstances of his 10-game suspension for a second violation for using performance enhancing drugs. Johnson stated in an interview after Tuesday's practice, "I don't put the blame on others, I'm on a lot of people's s--- list, but I've got a few people on my s--- list as well. That thing will get settled here in the next few months, so we'll see what happens." Johnson had filed charges against the NFL and the NFL Players Association stating that the NFL Players Association did nothing to stand up for him when he was facing suspension. Johnson believes that he tested positive due to taking an amino acid he got online that was contaminated. Johnson says that he checked the contents on the acid's label with an app provided by the NFLPA. Johnson is expected to start Thursday night against the New York Giants.

Both Fletcher Cox and Jason Peters will be representing the Eagles at the 2017 Pro Bowl in Orlando, Florida. This will be Cox's second pro bowl appearance since being drafted by the Eagles back in 2012. This season Cox has had 47 tackles and 6.5 sacks. Cox reigns in at number 5 in the list of most sacks this season by defensive tackles. Jason Peters is also no stranger to the pro bowl, having gone to the bowl 7 times as an Eagle since he joined the team in 2009. Peters has even more experience in the pro bowl having gone twice when he was with the Bills from 2004-2008. The Pro Bowl is set to be held on January 29th at 8 pm.

Neumann University's Men's Basketball team has now been nationally ranked for the first time in the University's history. The Neumann University Knights have ranked #23 nationally on a d3hoops.com poll. Neumann has been off to a great start this season with a record of 8-0, as well as averaging 99.5 points a game, and shooting 54% from the field. Six of Neumann's players are also averaging double figures. Neumann's Men's Head Coach stated, "I think what it means for the program, it validates what we do and what we've done for the four years we've taken over, I think it's a testament to how the kids have bought in to our philosophy and how we go about our business day-to-day. It's obviously pretty exciting, at the same time we understand that we still have a lot of basketball left in the second part of the season, but I think we're on the right track." Neumann will host the University of Scranton next on December 30th. Swarthmore College also appears on the poll ranked #21 with a record of 8-1.
