New Jersey Transit rail lines between New York's Penn Station and Trenton station have been suspended due to an overhead wire problem near Linden. They say the issue was caused by the stormy weather that has been affecting the tri-state area today. The issue also forced a suspension of Newark Liberty International Airport's Air Train service, forcing buses to shuttle passengers between parking lots and airport terminals. NJ Transit stated that they are working their hardest to fix the issue and to return to a regular schedule.

A woman is now being accused of murder in a shooting that occurred in the Manyunk section of Philadelphia over the weekend. 28-year-old Anthanasia Moncrief has been accused of shooting and killing her 32-year roommate Richard Spadel. The shooting took place on the 4300 block of Boone Street at around 2:40 a.m. Saturday morning. Moncrief initially told Police that Spadel walked into her room holding a pair of scissors and that's when she shot him once in the back. Police believe the shooting happened due to an argument over the rent. Moncrief owns the home and Spadel was renting a room.

Police have now identified the suspect wanted for attacking a transgender woman in Center City. 25-year-old Daejon Workman, a homeless man in Philadelphia, has been placed in custody by Philadelphia Police. Workman is accused of attacking the transgender woman on Friday evening on the 1300 block of Filbert Street near City Hall. Video was taken at the incident and played a key role in finding Workman. Police located him at Frankford's SEPTA terminal in Northeast Philadelphia at around 7:45 am on Sunday. Workman has been charged with simple assault recklessly endangering another person.

Weather

Tonight, rain continues throughout the night and a low of 36 degrees in Center City.
