Delaware Authorities are now saying that a young girl who was abducted on Thursday night outside her home in New Castle County was sexually assaulted by her kidnapper. It happened around 7 p.m. on the 4800 block of Sugar Plum Court in the Plum Run community. The 4-year-old girl was playing outside and riding bikes with friends when a man in a dark sedan lured her away and forced her inside his vehicle. Her friends, between the ages of 7 to 11-years-old, tried to give chase but couldn't keep up. They then told an adult who called 911. The girl was found about 8 miles away near Banning Park in Wilmington at 8:45 p.m. She was taken to the hospital where it was determined that she had been assaulted. Police are still searching for the suspect. He is described a white or hispanic male driving a dark colored sedan with tinted windows. Police are looking for surveillance footage from both areas. If you have any information call New Castle County Police at (302)-573-2800.

UPDATE: Delaware police and FBI were following up on fresh leads Friday evening as they work around the clock to try and catch this predator. They discovered some fresh tire tracks and made molds to be analyzed in the lab. New Castle County Police Col. Vaughn Bond said, "Every member of the New Castle County Police Department is committed, regardless of their assignment to solving and apprehending this heartless monster - it's the only word I can think of, monster - who committed this act."

Four people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash involving a SEPTA bus this afternoon in North Philadelphia. It happened around 5:30 p.m. Friday at the intersection of 5th and Berks Streets. Two passenger cars crashed into each other. The impact flipped one of the cars and sent it into the front of a stopped Route 3 SEPTA bus. Two people from the cars, a passenger on the bus, and the bus driver all sustained non-life threatening injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation.

A Bucks County man has been arrested for having sexually explicit images of children. 47-year-old Robert Schwabe of Morrisville was taken into custody on Thursday. Schwabe allegedly visited child pornography and child erotica websites multiple times on his laptop. He is being held on $300,000 bail.
