Philadelphia Police are now assisting in the search for a 10-year-old boy's wheelchair that was taken outside of his mother's home on Tuesday morning. The wheel chair was taken at around 7 am from the 7000 block of Forrest Avenue in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia. Police say that the boy's mother Amesha Prout had put her son's wheelchair outside of their house while they waited for the bus. Prout went back inside to get her son ready for the day, and when she came back a few minutes later, it was gone. 10-year-old Robert Prout suffers from cerebral palsy and needs the chair to get around in school. It is estimated at around $5,000. Police are currently investigating.

A Delaware County ear, nose and throat doctor has been charged with inappropriately touching a 39-year-old patient during a visit to his office. During an appointment on April 19th Dr. Mohmoud Ghaderi allegedly touched the woman's breasts and private areas during the exam. The 39-year-old says that Ghaderi made comments on how young she looked for her age, and then later began to touch her inappropriately. The victim said that Ghaderi touched her after stating that her gynecologist wasn't treating her properly. Ghaderi has since been arrested and charged with aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault. He is expected to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Thursday May 4th.

A Philadelphia Police officer has now been arrested on charges of possessing child pornography. 25-year-old Officer Emmanuel Folly, who is a three year veteran of the police force, surrendered himself to Internal Affairs on Tuesday. Officials say that members of the Special Victims Unit were using a program to track down anyone watching, downloading, or sharing child pornography on the internet. They say an IP address was found that was linked to Folly's residence on the 3300 block of North 15th Street. After receiving a Search & Seize Warrant, police searched the home and took Folly's laptop, desktop computer, and tablet and submitted them to the FBI to be analyzed. After further investigation, officials found child pornography on the laptop. Folly has been charged with Possession of Child Pornography, Sexual Abuse of Children, and other related charges. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross stated that Folly has been suspended for 30 days with intent to dismiss. Folly is also an undefeated professional boxer.
