The Trenton man who held off police for 35 hours while barricaded inside his home this week has been charged with killing an innocent bystander during the ordeal. 35-year-old Tyleeb Reese has been charged with the murder of 56-year-old Robert Powell Jr. Powell was hit in the ankle, hip, and back by Reese's shotgun blasts. Reese opened fire on U.S. Marshals when they first tried to serve him a warrant around 6:20 a.m. Wednesday morning. Powell happened to be outside the house on Centre Street when the shooting began and tried to take cover behind parked vehicles, but was caught in the crossfire. It is not known why Powell was out on the street at the time.

Philadelphia Police are looking for man wanted for abducting two young boys and sexually assaulting them in the city's Strawberry Mansion neighborhood on Tuesday. It started at the Sunoco station at 33rd and York Streets. Two brothers, ages 11 and 14, were pumping gas for tips. One customer told the brothers he pay them but wanted to go to another station that was cheaper. The older brother got into the man's silver, four-door Dodge Avenger while the younger brother stayed behind. On the way to the next station the man showed the boy pornography and indecently assaulted him. At the second station on the 3000 block of Hunting Park Avenue, the boy got out and pumped the man's gas. The suspect told him they'd have to go another ATM for money, but the boy ran away. The suspect then drove back to the first station and told the 11-year-old he would take him to his brother. Once inside the car, he showed the younger boy pornographic images and indecently assaulted him as well. He let the child out of the car and fled. The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s with light skin, short hair, chubby build, mustache, white shirt, red hoodie, and tan pants.

Three juvenile female students pled guilty today to charges stemming from a fight in the hallways of Cheltenham High School last week that left several staff members injured. One other student is charged as an adult. One 16-year-old girl was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, seven counts of recklessly endangering another person, and simple assault. A 15-year-old and 16-year-old were charged with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. The brawl started shortly after school began on May 3rd between two female students and two others quickly joined in. Seven teachers and staff members were injured trying to subdue the students. One teacher was knocked to the ground and suffered a concussion. The incident was caught on cell phone camera. The judge ordered the girls held in juvenile detention until they are sentenced on June 1st. The fourth student, 18-year-old Amber Lewis, is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, and recklessly endangering another person. She is currently at Montgomery County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.
