A man decided he wanted to take a picture of his white Land Rover SUV with the lapping waves of the Atlantic Ocean as a backdrop on Island Beach State Park in Ocean County on Tuesday. He pulled up a little too close to the water line as his wheels quickly became stuck in the wet sand and the surf began to suck the vehicle in. He tried to use a shovel to dig the tires out as waves broke over the roof. A tow truck was finally able to save the day and pull the vehicle back to dry sand. The 20-something driver didn't take the advice of onlookers and attempted to drive the vehicle away on it's own. Witnesses say it was making lots of strange noises and the lights were blinking. The driver did have an offseason permit to drive 4-wheel vehicles on the beach. The entire incident was videoed by Megan and Chris Gillich from Beachwood. The Gilliches said they passed the SUV later pulled into a service station. See the video below.

Pennsylvania State Police held a press conference today asking the public's help in finding a Chester County woman who has been missing for over a month. 43-year-old Anna Bronislawa Maciejewska was last seen leaving for work on the morning of Monday, April 10 by her husband, Allen Gould, from their home in Malvern. He told police she was in a panic and worried she would be late. She never arrived at work, Voya Financial, that Monday or Tuesday and was reported missing April 11th. Her husband reported her missing on April 12th. Recently, her blue Audi was discovered in a parking lot near a trail in the Charlestown Meadows development. She is described as 5' 4", approximately 160 pounds, with hazel eyes. "We're attempting to speak with anybody who knows her, again to find out more about her mental status in the time prior to her disappearance," Lt. Brandon Daniels said. See her picture below.

An off-duty Bucks County sheriff's deputy was killed Tuesday night in a two-vehicle accident. It happened on Route 313 near Sterner Mill Road around 8:30 p.m. in East Rockhill Township. 48-year-old Deputy Keith Clymer was killed when his motorcycle collided with a truck that turned in front of him. The driver of the truck was turning left into his driveway. 27-year-old Harry Burak has been arrested and charged with accidents involving death or bodily injury while not properly licensed and with driving while his operating license was suspended or revoked, DUI related. Burak's license had been suspended until 2023 for multiple prior DUI offenses. Bail is set at $250,000.
